计费说明

使用999短信充值电话卡打长途回中国，话费包括两个部分，一部分是本地话费，一部分是长途话费。
长途话费就从您充值的卡里扣除(打国内座机或手机是每分钟0.8p，每通电话的接通费是1.6p)。
本地话费按您的手机的标准费率收取，具体如下：
    如果您是充值手机用户(Pay as you go)，各手机网络公司的费率从每分钟10多p到30多p不等，白天和晚上的费率也不尽相同，具体看您的合同；
    如果您是跨网络包月手机的用户(Pay monthly)，020 8497 8844计算在您的免费分钟内，本地话费部分您就不用再另外花钱了，只是用掉您的免费分钟。(因为所拨打的接入号码020 8497 8844是英国普通座机。)

例如，您往国内座机打60分钟的电话，您的花费是：

Pay as you go用户：
长途费60x0.8p+1.6p=49.6p(从充值中扣除)，加上本地话费——标准费率(假设每分钟12p，60x12p=720p；有的pay as you go每天前三分钟每分钟12p，之后每分钟5p，则3x12p+57x5p=321p；或者您在晚间非高峰时段拨打，则按晚间费率计算)。总共的费用为49.6+720=769.6p或49.6+321=370.6p。

Pay monthly用户：
长途费60x0.8p+1.6p=49.6p(从充值中扣除)，本地话费部分免费(消耗掉您60分钟的免费分钟，如果超出了您的免费分钟，超出部分按您合同上注明的费率计算)。总共的费用为49.6p。

80876，84459，80077和67400短信充值服务90天有效期的说明

80876，84459，80077和67400短信充值服务的充值余额90天有效期从您拨打第一个电话开始计算。即在您第一次使用020 8497 8844或0800 619 1007接入号码以后90天，充值中的余额将作废。当然，如果您在第一次使用以后第89天又一次发短信999充值，那么余额的有效期自动延长至下一个90天。

£5.00, £10.00智能自动充值

我们的系统会在您的余额即将用完之前为您自动充值£5.00或£10.00以确保您能继续您的通话而不必中断后再去充值。
      如果您初次充值是1.5镑，此后的自动充值默认是5镑;
      如果您初次充值是3镑，此后的自动充值默认是5镑;
      如果您初次充值是5镑，此后的自动充值默认是5镑;
      如果您初次充值是10镑，此后的自动充值默认是10镑;
您可以随时发短信 "STOP" 到 80077 或 67400 取消此项自动充值服务。 如果取消了此项服务，在您的余额用完的情况下，您正在进行的通话将中断，您需要再次发短信 "999" 到 80876，84459，80077 或 67400 充值。

1. What is 999 Card?
   999 Card allows you to make very cheap international calls from your mobile or landline with no need to set up an account. The service operates on a pre-pay basis and calls are made using the available credit, which can be topped up on request.

2. How do I buy a card?
   Simply text message '999' to 80876 for a £1.5 call credit

   The text message costs £1.5, £3, £5 or £10 (charged to you by your mobile provider) and for this we send you a calling card directly to your mobile phone.

3. How do I use 999 Card?
   Simply call the access number included in the confirmation text message, listen to the message, if dialling from a different phone from that which you bought your card from then use the PIN included in the welcome text, enter the full international number - do not press send again. 4. What if I have sent a text requesting a top up, but have not received a confirmation message back?
   Generally a confirmation message is sent instantaneously, however very occasionally for example at peak times the mobile networks maybe congested which means that the confirmation message maybe delayed. DO NOT resend the message as you will be charged twice. If after a couple of hours and you have not received the confirmation message please contact our customer services team who will be able to identify what the issue is.

5. Are there any administration, subscription or other fees?
   999 Card can be used to call any destination in the world. A connection charge equal to the double outbound rate up to a maximum of 40p is applied to each call. A 0800 surcharge is one pence per minute in addition to the outbound rate. 0800 access from a payphone is twenty pence per minute in addition to the outbound rate.
   
   Access via 0207 / 0208 is charged as your service provider's standard rate. Calls charged per minute and rounded to the nearest penny.

6. How much does a call to COUNTRY X cost?
   First, choose your country, the price to call that country is then displayed. This is the price per minute for your call and includes VAT and the costs for the international part of the call.

   Our access numbers are accessible from any UK phone, including payphones. However, be aware that calls from payphones could be surcharged and may cost more than the price stated on this website.

8. How are my calls billed?
   The only charge you see is the cost of the premium rate text sent to 80876, 84459, 80077 or 67400, £1.5, £3, £5 or £10 respectively on your mobile phone bill.

9. Can I use my credit to call from any phone?
   Yes, you can. If you decide to make a call from a phone other than the one you sent your text from, then you will have to use the PIN number supplied in the confirmation text.

    Because we never spend money on things you can do without, you pay for your calls and nothing else. Your service and account is all managed online which means that we can pass on the savings to you.

    Unfortunately our access numbers will only work in the United Kingdom. So if you live abroad or if you are on holiday outside the UK you cannot make use of our services.

14. When I ring someone abroad will they be charged for the call as well?
    Normally the person receiving a call will never be charged. However if you are abroad with your mobile (i.e. not in the country the mobile number originates from) your mobile provider will charge you for receiving calls whilst abroad also known as roaming charges. For more information please contact your mobile provider.

    2. Listen to the message.
    3. If you're dialling from another phone, use your PIN at the prompt.
    4. At the prompt, dial your international destination number (including the prefix '00'). Don't press SEND button - we'll connect you directly.
    5. That's it - you're connected.

    For the 999 card credit topped up through 80876, 84459, 80077 and 67400, it lasts for 90 days from day of the first use.
