Two confirmation texts informing you that your mobile has been charged £1.5, £3, £5 and £10 respectively will be sent shortly thereafter.

Automatically top you up with £5.00 credit

We will automatically top you up with £5.00 credit before your credit is about to run out. We will then charge your mobile with £5.00. To unsubscribe simply text 'STOP' to 80077 at any time. If you choose to unsubscribe, calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new text request with keyword '999' to 80077 will have to be made for a further top up.

1. What is 999 Card?
   999 Card allows you to make very cheap international calls from your mobile or landline with no need to set up an account. The service operates on a pre-pay basis and calls are made using the available credit, which can be topped up on request.

2. How do I buy a card?
   Simply text message '999' to 80876 for a £1.5 call credit
   Simply text message '999' to 84459 for a £3 call credit
   Simply text message '999' to 80077 for a £5 call credit
   Simply text message '999' to 67400 for a £10 call credit
   
   The text message costs £1.5, £3, £5 or £10 (charged to you by your mobile provider) and for this we send you a calling card directly to your mobile phone.

3. How do I use 999 Card?
   Simply call the access number included in the confirmation text message, listen to the message, if dialling from a different phone from that which you bought your card from then use the PIN included in the welcome text, enter the full international number - do not press send again. 4. What if I have sent a text requesting a top up, but have not received a confirmation message back?
   Generally a confirmation message is sent instantaneously, however very occasionally for example at peak times the mobile networks maybe congested which means that the confirmation message maybe delayed. DO NOT resend the message as you will be charged twice. If after a couple of hours and you have not received the confirmation message please contact our customer services team who will be able to identify what the issue is.

5. Are there any administration, subscription or other fees?
   999 Card can be used to call any destination in the world. A connection charge equal to the double outbound rate up to a maximum of 40p is applied to each call. A 0800 surcharge is one pence per minute in addition to the outbound rate. 0800 access from a payphone is twenty pence per minute in addition to the outbound rate.
   
   Access via 0207 / 0208 is charged as your service provider's standard rate. Calls charged per minute and rounded to the nearest penny.

6. How much does a call to COUNTRY X cost?
   First, choose your country, the price to call that country is then displayed. This is the price per minute for your call and includes VAT and the costs for the international part of the call.

   Our access numbers are accessible from any UK phone, including payphones. However, be aware that calls from payphones could be surcharged and may cost more than the price stated on this website.

14. When I ring someone abroad will they be charged for the call as well?
    Normally the person receiving a call will never be charged. However if you are abroad with your mobile (i.e. not in the country the mobile number originates from) your mobile provider will charge you for receiving calls whilst abroad also known as roaming charges.     1. For access dial: 020 8497 8844 (national access) or 0800 619 1007 (freephone).
    2. Listen to the message.
    3. If you're dialling from another phone, use your PIN at the prompt.
    4. At the prompt, dial your international destination number (including the prefix '00'). Don't press SEND button - we'll connect you directly.
    5. That's it - you're connected.
